Asparagus: Land & Sea

Boiled Zucchini’s
Corn
Raw Almonds
Cremini (Brown) Mushrooms sauteed in olive oil and milk

Baked Zucchini lightly covered with olive oil

Cinnamon Rice Pudding

1.5 cups of milk (leave out about 1/4 in another saucepan)
1/8 cup of Japanese congee rice (turns into about 1/2 after being cooked)
2 tbsp cinnamon
~3 tbsp white sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Lemon Zest
1/2 medium-big apple
1 tsp corn starch
