Broccoli Salad

Brocoli, olive oil, red wine vinegar, sesame seed oil, chili sauce, garlic (finely chopped), dash of salt & whatever else.

Found Spaghetti

Spaghetti - boiled in water, taken out, and rinsed instantly in cold water and drained
Tomato Sauce/paste (that hopefully already has basil & bay leaves)
Tomato - quartered or cut even smaller
Ground beef (+salt,sugar,water,corn starch)
Rapini - Italian version of Chinese broccoli (diced)
Olive oil
Mix in a bit of salt, and less of sugar. Add in enough water so [...]

Raw Almonds
Cremini (Brown) Mushrooms sauteed in olive oil and milk

Corn
Baked Zucchini lightly covered with olive oil
Diced red peppers
–
Corn
Diced Spinach
Diced Mushrooms
—-
All inspired with the sole purpose of emptying the fridge
